Modine to Acquire Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions

Modine Manufacturing Company entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement on September 6, 2016 to acquire the shares of seven target companies from Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions II AB, representing the Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions business. Completion is subject to customary conditions.
