Montana Technologies Completes Business Combination with XPDB

Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition II Corp. (XPDB) completed its merger with Legacy Montana on March 14, 2024, resulting in Legacy Montana becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary. The combined company was renamed Montana Technologies Corporation and began trading on Nasdaq under the symbols AIRJ and AIRJW.
