Nexson Group acquires Thermowave from Güntner

Nexson Group SAS, a French manufacturer of heat exchangers and pressure vessels, acquired German heat exchanger maker Thermowave GmbH, which makes heat exchangers for HVAC and industrial refrigeration applications, from Güntner GmbH & Co. KG. Terms were not disclosed.
