Nexson Group acquires Thermowave GmbH from Güntner

French heat-exchanger maker Nexson Group SAS acquired German heat-exchanger manufacturer Thermowave GmbH, a former part of Güntner GmbH & Co. KG. Terms were not disclosed; Thermowave continues as a stand-alone company.
