NIBE Industrier to acquire WaterFurnace Renewable Energy

Sweden-based NIBE Industrier AB agreed to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of geothermal heat pump maker WaterFurnace Renewable Energy. NIBE intends to develop WaterFurnace as a growth platform in North America under NIBE Energy Systems.
