Energy Services of America announced that its subsidiary, Nitro Construction Services, has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire Rigney Digital Systems, a regional leader in HVAC control systems based in Hurricane, West Virginia. The acquisition expands Nitro's expertise in building technology and HVAC controls.
