NSI Industries acquires Duro Dyne Corp.

NSI Industries LLC, an electrical product solutions provider, acquired HVAC sheet-metal manufacturer Duro Dyne Corp., adding the HVAC market to NSI's distribution platform. Terms undisclosed; TM Capital advised Duro Dyne. Strategic manufacturer/distributor acquisition, not a PE home-service roll-up.
