NSI Industries acquires Duro Dyne Corp.

NSI Industries, an electrical product solutions provider, announced the acquisition of Duro Dyne Corp., a New York-based sheet metal manufacturer for the HVAC industry. TM Capital advised Duro Dyne; terms were undisclosed.
