NSI Industries acquires HVACR parts maker SUPCO

NSI Industries LLC acquired Allenwood, NJ-based Sealed Unit Parts Co. (SUPCO), an HVACR and appliance parts maker, adding it to the NSI platform. SUPCO itself had previously rolled up several brands (CTC, A-1 Components, Cam-Stat, NAPCO, Aquasolve).
