NV5 to Acquire L3Harris's Visual Information Solutions Software Business

NV5 Global Inc. has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire L3Harris Technologies' Visual Information Solutions (VIS) commercial geospatial technology and software business. The all-cash transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2023, subject to regulatory approvals, and will be immediately accretive to NV5's earnings.
