P1 Service Group Acquires Essig Plumbing & Heating

Edgewater Funds' portfolio company P1 Service Group has acquired Essig Plumbing & Heating, a residential HVAC and plumbing services provider based in Reading, Pennsylvania. Essig's owner, Steve Essig, will continue to lead day-to-day operations and become a shareholder in the combined organization.
