Panasonic completes acquisition of Systemair's commercial air-conditioning business for €100M

Panasonic's Heating & Ventilation A/C Company completed the acquisition of Systemair AB's commercial air-conditioning subsidiaries (Systemair AC SAS, Systemair S.r.l. and Tecnair S.p.A.) for 100 million euros, following regulatory approval.
