Bonney Plumbing, Heating & Air — funded by Seattle-based private equity firm Skylight Capital — acquired D&D Plumbing, Heating & Cooling of Vacaville, CA, as an add-on to expand toward Marin County and the Bay Area. Generational Equity advised on the sale.
