Control Devices LLC, a portfolio company of private equity firm Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison, acquired Kerick Valve Inc., a PVC float valve manufacturer for HVACR/cooling tower applications. GHJ&M's managing director framed it as supporting the management team in another add-on acquisition.
