PE-backed CoolSys (Ares Management) acquires Richmond Refrigeration Service

CoolSys, a national parent of refrigeration and HVAC services companies, acquired Richmond Refrigeration Service as part of its M&A growth strategy backed by private equity investor Ares Management. It is CoolSys's second Mid-Atlantic acquisition in seven months.
