Harrell-Fish (HFI), a portfolio company of New State Capital Partners in partnership with Amethyst Capital Group, acquired Bloomington, IN family-owned firm Ecofriendly Mechanical as a strategic add-on; terms undisclosed and Ecofriendly's management is retained.
