PE-backed Harrell-Fish acquires Ecofriendly Mechanical

Harrell-Fish (HFI), a Bloomington, IN mechanical contractor and portfolio company of New State Capital Partners in partnership with Amethyst Capital Group, acquired local sustainable-mechanical firm Ecofriendly Mechanical as a strategic add-on. Terms undisclosed; Ecofriendly's management including CEO Andy Hardisty stays.
