PE-backed Specified Air Solutions (The Sterling Group) acquires Dectron

Specified Air Solutions, a portfolio company of Houston PE firm The Sterling Group (which acquired the former Roberts Gordon LLC in July 2014), completed the acquisition of Montreal-based dehumidification/IAQ HVAC manufacturer Dectron, an add-on consistent with Sterling's HVAC buy-and-build plan.
