Pepco Building Services rolls up five mechanical/electrical-services companies under one umbrella

With the Unitemp deal, Pepco Building Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of Pepco Energy Services) now owns five companies with combined annual revenues of more than $30 million, consolidating mechanical, building control, and electric power distribution services.

“The contractor joins four other companies under the umbrella of Pepco Building Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pepco Energy Services. In addition to Unitemp, the subsidiary owns Engineered Services, Chantilly and Richmond, VA; Substation Test; Forestville, MD; G&L Associates, Hyattsville, MD; and MET Electrical Testing Baltimore, MD. The combined annual revenues of these five companies are more than $30 million, according to Pepco Building Services.”
