RectorSeal Adds MARS Parts as Add-On Acquisition

RectorSeal, a wholly owned subsidiary of CSW Industrials, acquired MARS Parts (excluding the MARS equipment business) as an add-on acquisition. The deal expands CSW Industrials' presence in the HVAC parts and supplies distribution space.
