RectorSeal Australia Acquires Refrigeration Electricals

RectorSeal Australia Pty. Ltd., a subsidiary of RectorSeal LLC (itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSW Industrials Inc.), has acquired the assets and brand of Australia-based capacitor distributor Refrigeration Electricals.
