Regal Beloit Divests Pool/Spa Motor Business and EPC Draft Inducer Designs

In connection with the EPC acquisition, Regal Beloit entered into agreements to divest its existing U.S. pool and spa motor business and certain draft inducer designs under development by EPC. Both divestitures were consummated on the same day as the acquisition closing.
