Regal Beloit to acquire Electrical Products Co. from A.O. Smith for ~$875M

Regal Beloit announced an agreement to acquire 100% of the Electrical Products Co. (EPC) from A.O. Smith for approximately $875 million. EPC makes motors for HVAC and other applications; it was Regal Beloit's seventh announced acquisition of 2010.
