Regal Beloit to acquire Fasco motor and blower business from Tecumseh Products

Regal Beloit Corp. signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of the Fasco Residential/Commercial operations and stock of Fasco Asia/Pacific operations from Tecumseh Products Co. for approximately $220 million in cash, expected to add ~$290 million in 2008 sales.
