Resolute Industrial acquires All American Portable Air

Resolute Industrial Holdings acquired All American Portable Air, a temporary cooling equipment rental firm in Orlando and Nashville, to operate under Resolute's Mobile Air & Power Rentals division and expand into the Nashville market. Terms were not disclosed.
