Rheem acquires Intergas

Rheem has acquired Intergas, a Dutch manufacturer of high-efficiency residential gas boilers and water heaters. The acquisition provides Rheem with a platform in the European heating and hot water market. Intergas will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Paloma Rheem Global, Inc.
