RONA to acquire HVAC distributor/manufacturer Don Park via Noble from TerraVest

RONA Inc. signed an agreement to acquire, through its Noble subsidiary, the assets of Don Park Limited Partnership, an Ontario HVAC distributor/manufacturer owned since 2005 by TerraVest Income Fund. Don Park operates 14 branches, one distribution center, and three manufacturing facilities; the deal was expected to close by end of December 2010.
