RONA (via Noble) to acquire HVAC distributor/manufacturer Don Park from TerraVest

RONA Inc. signed an agreement to acquire, through subsidiary Noble, the assets of Don Park Limited Partnership, an Ontario HVAC distributor/manufacturer owned since 2005 by TerraVest Income Fund. Deal expected to close by end of December 2010, pending regulatory approvals.
