SCIenergy completes acquisition of Transcend Equity

SCIenergy, a provider of cloud-based energy management solutions for building owners, completed its acquisition of Transcend Equity, a provider of commercial-building energy-saving retrofits, and will maintain a joint venture with Transcend's capital partner Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.). Financial terms were not disclosed.
