Siemens to acquire Controlotron Corp.

Siemens Energy & Automation signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the assets and business of Controlotron Corp., a maker of nonintrusive ultrasonic flow measurement technology with positions in HVAC and other applications. Terms were not disclosed; the deal was expected to close in May.
