Soler & Palau Acquires Four United Enertech Brands

Soler & Palau Ventilation Group acquired United Enertech Corp., Air Performance LLC, Air Conditioning Products LLC, and Metal Form Manufacturing LLC from United Enertech Holdings. The acquisition expands S&P's mechanical ventilation product line to include grilles, registers, diffusers, and specialty sheet-metal HVAC products.
