Southfield Capital-backed RD&S acquires GMS Services (commercial refrigeration)

Refrigeration Design and Service (RD&S), part of PE firm Southfield Capital's Kelvin Group platform, completed the acquisition of GMS Services, a commercial refrigeration and HVAC services provider in Charleston, SC, expanding its Southeast and Mid-Atlantic footprint. Terms were undisclosed.
