Southfield Capital-backed RD&S acquires GMS Services (commercial refrigeration)

Refrigeration Design and Service (RD&S), a portfolio company associated with Kelvin Group and PE firm Southfield Capital, completed the acquisition of GMS Services, a commercial refrigeration and HVAC services provider in Charleston, SC, expanding its Southeast and Great Lakes footprint. Terms were not disclosed.
