Spears Manufacturing acquired the assets of Coastline Plastics, a CPVC pipe maker that was an affiliate of Victaulic, in a divestiture by Victaulic. The business will be renamed Spears Coastline Plastics and continue supplying CPVC pipe to Victaulic.
