Tech24, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired Allied Service Group, a foodservice and HVAC equipment repair provider in Southwest Tennessee and Northern Mississippi. It was Tech24's twelfth add-on acquisition in the foodservice repair and maintenance market.
