Tech24, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired Allied Service Group, a foodservice and commercial HVAC repair provider in TN/MS. It is Tech24's twelfth add-on acquisition in the foodservice repair and maintenance market, expanding the platform into the Southeast.
