The Arcticom Group makes first acquisition (RACE Engineering), building refrigeration/HVAC services platform

The Arcticom Group, a provider of commercial refrigeration and HVAC services, acquired Southern California industrial refrigeration and HVAC company RACE Engineering. This is TAG's first acquisition, indicating a roll-up platform being built through its network of HVACR companies.
