The Linc Group acquires Charlotte operations of Padgett Services

The Linc Group LLC (parent of franchisor Linc Network) acquired the Charlotte, N.C. commercial HVAC operations of Padgett Services, which also does cabling and electrical retrofits. The acquired branch becomes Linc Mechanical LLC - Charlotte, bringing Linc's company-owned stores to 22.
