The Riverside Co. has acquired The Dwyer Group, a holding company for seven franchise service brands including HVAC brand Aire Serv, from TZP Group LLC. This marks the second time Riverside has owned the company, having previously held it from 2003 to 2010. The deal includes reinvestment from the executive team and brand presidents.
