Private equity firm The Riverside Co. acquired franchise holding company The Dwyer Group (parent of HVAC brand Aire Serv) for the second time, taking majority ownership back from TZP Group, with reinvestment from Dwyer's executive team and brand presidents. Terms undisclosed.
