The Riverside Co. re-acquires The Dwyer Group from TZP Group

PE firm The Riverside Co. acquired The Dwyer Group for the second time, with majority ownership transferring from TZP Group back to Riverside alongside reinvestment by the Dwyer executive team. Dwyer is a holding company for seven franchise service brands including HVAC brand Aire Serv, with ~$1 billion in system-wide revenues.
