Therma Holdings, a portfolio company of private equity firm Gemspring Capital, acquired Albuquerque-based design-build mechanical/HVAC/plumbing services provider Yearout Mechanical, which will operate as a division of Therma. A PE-backed add-on extending Therma's geographic footprint into New Mexico.
