Therma Holdings, a portfolio company of PE firm Gemspring Capital, acquired Albuquerque-based mechanical/HVAC/plumbing contractor Yearout Mechanical, expanding its geographic footprint into New Mexico. Kevin Yearout continues to lead the business as a Therma division.
