Tomkins PLC's Air Systems Components Division acquired Ward Industries Inc., a maker of HVAC ductwork accessory products, from W.W. Holdings LLC. Ward (~$15M annual sales) will be integrated into Tomkins' Hart & Cooley residential HVAC business and retain its brand.
