Trane Technologies Completes Spin-Off of Industrial Segment

Trane Technologies plc (formerly Ingersoll-Rand plc) completed the separation of its Industrial segment businesses through a spin-off of Ingersoll-Rand U.S. HoldCo, Inc. to shareholders and a subsequent merger with a subsidiary of Gardner Denver Holdings, Inc. in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction. Following the deal, Gardner Denver was renamed Ingersoll Rand Inc., and the registrant changed its name to Trane Technologies plc.
