Tyco International Ltd. to Merge with Irish Subsidiary to Change Jurisdiction of Incorporation

Tyco International Ltd. entered into a Merger Agreement with its newly-formed Irish subsidiary, Tyco International plc, under which Tyco will merge into the subsidiary.
