UEI Adds RCS to Expand HVAC Controls Portfolio

UEI's acquisition of RCS Technology is an add-on that expands its existing HVAC OEM business, adding smart thermostats, sensing, and monitoring products. The acquired business will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary under RCS brands.
