Universal Engineering Sciences Acquires Summit Engineering, Laboratory & Testing P.C.

Universal Engineering Sciences (UES), a nationwide geotechnical engineering and testing firm, has acquired Summit Engineering, Laboratory & Testing P.C. (SUMMIT), a multidisciplinary engineering firm based in the Carolinas. The acquisition adds 150 employees across five offices in North and South Carolina, strengthening UES's coast-to-coast presence. Summit's executive management and senior staff will remain with the company.
