Universal Engineering Sciences Acquires Summit Engineering, Laboratory & Testing P.C.

Universal Engineering Sciences (UES) has acquired Summit Engineering, Laboratory & Testing P.C., a multidisciplinary engineering firm with 150 employees and five offices in North and South Carolina. The acquisition strengthens UES's coast-to-coast presence and bolsters its existing Charlotte office. Summit's executive management and senior staff will remain with the company.
