WaterFurnace to acquire HVAC chiller maker Chillit Chillers

WaterFurnace International announced it is buying Chillit Chillers, an Indiana-based maker of specialty chillers and geothermal heat pumps, to strengthen its commercial market position; terms were not disclosed.
